The first time I met Toyin, was at the first edition of my annual Behavioural Change Practitioners (BCP) Conference in 2015. Little did I know that our meeting will translate into months of a rewarding, mutual benefit. Toyin is more than a fighter. Her spirit is set on lofty heights. She knows what she wants and nothing is a deterrent; not even her physical challenges.

What I particularly admire about her is the appetite to keep knowing how to master her subconscious, her mental & her physical states. This always inspires me to do more for myself.
